A: All our orders are charged at a flat rate of £3.35 for orders under £30. All orders of £30 or over are delivered free of charge.

A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, and also Paypal.

All orders are posted out within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. They are sent out Royal Mail First Class which usually takes 1-2 working days. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in the Royal mail due to adverse weather and the like.

Yes, absolutely! All of our oils are of a therapeutic grade, so they are the most healing oils you can get!

Yes, we will accept returns within 60 days, if you send the items back in the same condition you received them in. If items arrive with you damaged, please let us know. If you have used your products and have a problem, just let us know and we will work with you for a solution.

Yes of course. The list of conditions on our site is not an exhaustive list. If you have any problems that aren’t shown on the site, please chat to us and we will do our best to help. Bespoke orders will take an extra 3-4 working days delivery as they are made to order.

Yes, we follow the Directive and all of our products are made by a qualified Aromatherapist.

Essential oils are very potent, hence their unique healing abilities. We cannot be held responsible for any allergic reaction you may have to them. We advise if you have never used Essential oils before, please do a patch test on a small area of skin and leave for 24 hours. It is very rare that essential oils cause any bad reactions!
